Gingerbread Blanket Babies and Claire's Lovely Book

As I had done the week's housework, ironing etc...I thought I would treat myself to some "Me" time. I sat down and started to make a few decorations to hang on the dresser from some scraps of an old woollen blanket,
I made three gingerbread babies,....I think I shall make a larger one next (Mummy size)

Then I made three little birds.....and while I was sewing away the postman knocked....

It was a parcel for me....so exciting

All beautifully wrapped.....

This wonderful book was from Claire at Thriftwood,  I was fortunate enough to have won her giveaway, it is such a lovely gift full of all the things I love, I can't wait to make something, Thank you so much Claire xx
