Icy Blue and Whites and a New Dolly to Match*~*

I have been having a change around since the Christmas decorations have been stored away for another year...

The little sugar bowl and jug was a C Shop find yesterday...I could not resist

and I found four chrome shell dessert spoons ...

The two vintage cards are from a stash that my Mum saved (I found them after she died in 2000) and I love looking through them and displaying them here and there...

Two little china brooches..I have a small collection they are so intricate and delicate I buy them when I see them ( if they are reasonably priced)

And just before Christmas I found this candle lantern for £2.50..I washed the lantern and while I was wiping the stem, I spotted  a Laura Ashley label ...very pleased

I picked a few flowers from the garden and added a few geraniums from the plants I am saving in the garage....

I have made a few new pretties for the kitchen pegs... an ice blue heart...

I crochet a dangley  thing...

And lastly made a pretty winter doll..

Thank you for stopping by your lovely comments are very special to me
Thea xx

  2. Hi Thea: Your home is so sweet and inviting. I just love the way you decorate. Your header on the blog is so cute. It makes me want to reach in and touch everything. It is so cold here in Canada right now. It has snowed all day and is below freezing. A good day to enjoy my tea-cups and stay in. Have a good evening, Thea. Hugs, Deb

  3. The colours are a beautiful contrast Thea, they remind me of the sea, sand and sky. Can't believe you've gathered a lovely little posy in January ... My garden is bare and bleak!
