Hello Thea, Your dresser always looks so wonderful. I love the look you have given it for autumn. Do you have a good recipe for blackberry jam? My granddad used to make wonderful blackberry jam and I have never found a recipe to match his, most recipes are for bramble jelly.Sarah x
Hello Sarah I used my Auntie Ruby's recipe1lb blackberries (Fin picked them) 10oz sugar, 6fl oz water, juice of 1 lemonWarm sugar,simmer fruit in water until soft, gently dissolve sugar in the fruit add lemon juice bring to boil hard boil 8/10 mins until setI hope that helps, let me know if you need anymore infoThea x
